Reverse Agency Tour— Image Shoppe

By: Griffin Platto

You’ve seen the wonders of the Windy City, the greatness of Grand Haven, and now it’s time to have the agency tour come to you. For this Thursday, we will be conducting what we like to call a “reverse agency tour”— bringing the agency to the classroom. Better yet, we have the stellar Image Shoppe in attendance, discussing all the ins and outs of the industry. Rob McCarty will provide his perspective on their projects, clients, and roles.

The Image Shoppe prides itself on being a “brand marketing ally.” In their own words, they strive to be, “. . . a lifelong partner to our clients, community and planet.” Their goal is to implement a dedicated service to their clients for the long term. Among their many clients, Image Shoppe assists Grove, The Mill at Vicksburg, Forty Acres Soul Kitchen, and Essence Restaurant Group.

Their involvement in their client’s needs varies. From research-driven roles to the creative—here are a few examples of the work they do:

  • Strategic Mind-Mapping
  • Message Architecture
  • Market Research
  • Brand Audits
  • Brand Narratives & Positioning
  • Brand Standards Manuals
  • Website Design & Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Logo Design
  • Print Design
  • Content Development & Copywriting
  • SEO
  • Social Media Marketing, and more!

Believe us when we tell you, missing this is a big mistake! We’re excited to hear just a little from a local Grand Rapids agency. We are thankful for them taking time out of their day to speak to our club. Brush up on more of what the Image Shoppe is all about by checking out their website, and prepare to welcome the Image Shoppe to GVSU.
